Of course you'll know how to deliver. You have no choice. But they are informative for first time mom's. Any questions, concerns, helps with learning laboring techniques. It's fun to do with your SO to get them really involved so that they'll know what they can do to help during labor. I just think it's helpful for 1st time mom's.
