As labor approaches I'm getting more and more nervous and scared to give birth... I feel like I can't do it 😭

You can do it! Remember you are stronger than you know.

Everyone says you can't breathe through your contractions so now I'm scared I won't be able to breathe 😭 I haven't even had 1 painful contraction yet so I have no idea what to expect @brenking

believe me. even when you are tired and in pain you find the strength to get through it . there be times you want to give up and go home, there will be a moment when you are tired and in pain but you keep pushing cause its the only way the rain will end. I was able to breathe through all my contractions during the 4 days. in the end all you focus on is that every contraction and every push is bringing you closer to your baby

I literally had no painful contractions my pregnancy but when I had my daughter it was very intense because I got there so late no one believed I was in labor I was 8 with a bulging bag -_- besides the point though. lol you will find the strength to get through it I cried and was scared and mad because I didn't know what to expect it was my first baby too. and my nurse was wonderful she made me laugh she calmed me down If I was getting to worked up and helped me push. and at the end of it all I got to see my princess. my labor wasn't long nd my fear is what made it seem bad. once I calmed down I was ok.
