To all my breastfeeding moms (past,present & future) : Cover or No Cover?

No cover. Wear a tank top underneath and a tshirt on top. Pull the tank down and the shirt up. No one will see anything

No. He hates it. He'll fight until it's off. I just pull my shirt down to cover most of my boob once he's latched.

I'm going to use an Infinity scarf to cover. It will be covering but thin so as not to overheat me or baby. I won't use one at home of course but I feel better in public with something to give myself privacy. I'm not against breastfeeding without a cover, I just prefer it.

I'll have to try that. Honestly my son hates being covered but the dirty looks strangers give me when I'm feeding my son bothers me. I have no problem feeding without one, Alex actually does not like it at all but when I am around my mother she thinks I am exposing myself and frankly I'm not ready for the questions from my 9 year old about my breasts. @babes101116 , @yungbae , @kimberkatherine

I got a cover bc I'd rather have the privacy.

I have no problems explaining what my boobs are for, I have 8, 6, 5 and 4 year olds. We've already covered birth

Well we've already had that conversation about girls and boys. We had that conversation 2 years ago when we had our daughter, Aiden was very curious. Its more of he is starting the early stages of puberty and don't need my son staring down my chest. I caught him trying to peak several times since having Alex 6 days ago and I am not ready for my oldest to grow up yet. Time flys and it's likr yesterday I brought him home and was breastfeeding him! @babes101116. lmao

for myself and my LO. no cover. she gets way to hot.

at first I covered up. with my first two then I got to where I didn't cover up if I was at home no matter who came in my house. now my nb is not used to having anything over his head so he won't latch and just be pissed. so I don't cover at all now idgaf who sees I'm feeding my child lol and I'm not covering up cause that's just mean makes my baby sweat

First one I covered, this one no cover. Should've gone without the first baby, but I was a nervous ftm lol.

I've actually had fewer looks going uncovered tbh.

I cover because I'm not quite confident enough to be all out in the open. but, that doesn't mean that I don't think that others shouldn't do it. I wish I was that confident!

@mommabear538, yep! Now going uncovered, if someone looks long enough, they can tell that I'm feeding him. Even when that happens, they kinda nod like, oh baby's eating-cool, and look away. 😊
