I am a yoga/pilates instructor and have been practicing for years.. I am 20 weeks and my doctor said all is fine and unless I feel uncomfortable then to stop certain things.. I have read online specific poses not to do.. But last night I read something about easing up on the core work because you can get something called diastastis, where the large abdomen muscles separate.. Scared the shit out of me! But then I've read other articles saying that keeping up core work is great through out pregnancy.. Any feedback? Thanks!
yoga should be fine because its not direct ab work. movements like crunches aren't good but planks are fine until youre uncomfortable. you'll know when to ease up. for me it was around 25w
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
TWW!!
2dpo and on the tww journey. Anyone on the same dpo or close? Haven't decided if I will test at 12dpo or just wait and see if she shows up!!
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
