so I just found out that the passion tea from Starbucks is a big no no during pregnancy. soooo i had to throw my venti cup of tea away and now I'm sad, but glad I looked it up before I drank it!!

I love hibiscus so I'm really bummed lol. on the upside, the protein bistro box from Starbucks is awesome!

@mommytobe88, passion tea lemonade is safe to drink there is only the smallest amount of hibiscus in the tea plus it's mixed with lemonade ... I asked my doctor and she said it's completely fine.. We Hispanics make a fresh water of hibiscus flavor that is more concentrated that's the one to stay away from .. It's in most Mexican restaurants ..
hibiscus. hibiscus can apparently cause miscarriages. I got it because I knew it didn't have caffeine. then I read that and freaked out. @smb_mommy I can't help it, when it comes to anything I go better safe than sorry.

as long as ur not drinking a bunch in a day...u can have anything (except alcohol) in a small cup (no more than 2/day)

So I tried the raspberry leaf tea and pills today... I had 2 cups of the tea and 1 pill and I'm feeling these contractions mild but I feel them.....

mother's milk tea Does anyone drink mother's milk tea and if so, does it work for you? I bought a box and haven't seen a difference. I produced more milk when I was eating the lactation cookies
