Anyone breastfeed with implants? I'm worried I will have a hard time

I was worried about that too but my doctor said everything should be fine because I have saline... plus I've been leaking since 20 weeks

Implants should not affect feeding, breast reduction may due to the removal of mammary tissue. You should be ok😉
