Is it safe to use a heating pad? My grandma tells me not to use one cuz she swears it's what messed my uncles back up when she was pregnant with him so it worries me

I love my heating pad! i use it in 15 minute intervals, perfectly safe 😊
Ditto to the above! It's the only way I survive! Just don't use it for long periods of time or super hot.
It is absolutely safe. It can not and will not be the cause of any back problems.

My August baby decided she wanted to be a May baby like her big sister. Madison Noelle was born on Tuesday, May 24 at 3:50pm, weighing 2lbs, 13oz and 14".
