Why is it that one pregnancy you can get gestational diabetes but not in the other? That's my case. GD free this pregnancy but had it in my last one. Two boys, two TOTALLY different pregnancies. With my first, I never was sick and had so many stretch marks. With this one, no stretch marks but I threw up until I was 20+ weeks. So weird!
Starting TWW. Anyone else? I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.
Stretch marks! I'm 24 weeks and haven't gotten any (yet) so I'm wondering when you moms got them in past pregnancy or if you already have in this one? I feel like my belly is still pretty small so one day I'm going to wake up with a huge belly and stretch marks lol.
So idk if I’m an asshole for thinking this but a girl I used to go to school with is having her 3rd kid and she’s planning a baby shower and she had one with her other two. I feel like a baby shower is something you do with ur first pregnancy. I live far from my family so I didn’t have one but i did have a baby registry and I’m not even doing that with this pregnancy. Idk I just feel like 3 baby showers is a lot! Especially when she gets things handed to her. Idk maybe I’m an ass for thinking that
Weight gain? Am I the only one!? I got my first pregnancy stretch mark today.. Felt like i had an irritating pimple ready to pop on my thigh right under my bum(usually never get acne but i've been breaking out badly!!) ran my fingers over it and instead it was a stretch mark! When i gain weight it all goes to my thighs, which explains the mark down there????
so what was everyone's favorite lotion for avoiding stretch marks! I got some bad ones last time and want to get a jump on it this pregnancy!

My pregnancies are polar opposite too. I had severe anemia and nausea my entire pregnancy with my first son but tons of energy. This one had only a couple instances of nausea my first trimester due to dehydration, no anemia at all ( which is crazy because I've always been anemic), downside is I have no energy this baby boy/ pregnancy. It's crazy!

I don't know. Every pregnant is truly different. My first I had no major complications and was induced on my due date. My second was a problem from the beginning and I developed severe preeclampsia and HELLP syndrome causing me to deliver at 29 weeks. It's pretty crazy that everything can be fine in one pregnancy and the next there's complications. It just happens.
