I work 8-6 pm Monday-Friday and have an almost 3 month old and my boyfriend works twice as much as me so we don't really have time to eat home cook meals, they take too long! But we need a healthy eating lifestyle! But QUICK, simple, and EASY!
plan all your meals ahead of time, use a crock pot recipes or on your days off cook all your meals for the week and freeze them :)
@myjulyprincesseli is right! Crock pots are a life saver. You throw everything in in the morning before going to work, set it to slow cook and your food is ready in the evening when you get home! I love my crock pots!
My mil told me for someone who is always on the move a crockpot is LIFE! I'm buying one to try it out and hopefully it works out for me because cooking and waiting on it irritates me since I always gotta be on the move and quick. My mom calls it a lazy cook but whatever gets us eating home cooked meals will do!
Short Luteal Phase?

Starting TWW. Anyone else?
I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.
❤️Getting to know you❤️
Since our May group is growing strong and we have a lot of new mommies joining and sharing their bfp's...Thought it will be fun to get to know each other as we all share our pregnancy journey!
I plan meals out ahead of time and meal prep every week-usually on Sundays. I cook in bulk and separate foods into containers for lunches the next day. Saves you a lot of time and it creates a routine, healthy lifestyle
