It's honestly pretty easy it's hard to stop lol you can do it. The only tips I can give is that when you start your going to have some pain just fight through it and also talk to a lac consultant make sure the hold is right. It will make things 1000x easier.

2 years I only say that because everytime I say 1 it ends up at 2 lol

that's all great a year is great I would love to make it to 6 months than maybe 8 months I'm if I can make it to a year

1st is 6mo, then a year, then however long after that he wants to go.
