Cool wash cloth,bath, keep him lightly clothed. My daughter gets them all the time even now n shes almost 1
Oh ok I think it might be heat rash try putting a cool wash cloth on that spot.

heat rash is when the baby gets to hot. my baby gets it does your baby rub at it.
The bumps definitely look like heat rash. Not a big deal just make sure he is aired out (sounds silly ik) and they will go away. Idk about the red mark tho

Did your DH /SO help you prepare for labor?
I feel like the whole point of having a DH is that they are there for you, that they help you prepare. They help you learn new breathing techniques. They give you massages. They read the books. They believe in you.
Any moms swear by evening primerose oil? If not what helped/what you think helped start your labor?
