Maybe a heat rash? R u sure he isnt allergic to something?when did it happen??

The bumps definitely look like heat rash. Not a big deal just make sure he is aired out (sounds silly ik) and they will go away. Idk about the red mark tho

heat rash is when the baby gets to hot. my baby gets it does your baby rub at it.

what kind of laundry soap are u using.

Oh ok I think it might be heat rash try putting a cool wash cloth on that spot.

Cool wash cloth,bath, keep him lightly clothed. My daughter gets them all the time even now n shes almost 1
