I hit my breaking point. I'm fed up with this hip pain and pressure. Day and night, whether I'm standing, sitting or laying down I get no relief no matter what I do. I just want a break and it's only getting worse as this baby gets bigger. Is there ANYTHING you ladies did that gave you some sort of relief? Anything? I'm so frustrated.

im 35 weeks to and im going thru the same thing but i just suck it up no matter how much it hurts .. or i take a warm shower and that helps to

I've only tried rocking back and fourth a little bit but haven't gone down too much when I go back since my belly gets in the way but I'll try it, thank you 💕 @jazzyjazz

Try getting on your hands and knees (crawling position) and move ur body back and forth and when u go back apply ur weight there ..hope that helps a little as much as it helped me!

Getting on my hands and knees, rocking back and forth, moving my hips is the only thing that gave me relief. Moved the baby just enough to get off sensitive spots

have you tried doing some yoga poses and stretches?

You can use an exercise ball and do hip exercises on it, it's supposed to relieve some pressure and help ☺️
