I love the ice pack pads the hospital gives you, ask for some to take home too and then just regular heavy pads

if I would've known I definitely would've used depends or something BUT the ones they provide at the hospital are easier to change they just aren't comfortable & very hideous but then again you won't be comfortable anyway lol. & long pads just couldn't cut it for me not immediately after delivering anyway, it did a few days later tho. It was WAYYYY too much bleeding

I used "Always" extra long overnight pads but I didn't bleed that much so I just used regular pads
