cramping along the whole bottom of my stomach, but my stomachs not hard. Contraction or no? I had some at the store and my stomach was hard but now I'm laying down and its still happening but my stomach isnt hard.

I thought so that's what it is , thank you @naty199613
your stomach doesn't have to be hard to be considered a contraction.... I only had period pains that would come and go so to me sounds like contractions
