I had my daughter at 28 weeks gestation. Because of this we spent a long 2 months in the NICU I currently exclusively pump for her while we slowly introduce the breast now that we're home and she's older. This is the milk I brought home. More pictures in comments 🍼🍼😂😂👌👌

No I just took my prenatal vitamins and watched my diet. stayed hydrated. I used the Medela Symphony
