ugh ive been crying , pumping , latching and expressing relentlessly all day.. no one warned me off the engorment troubles.. might have to supplement while I get it under control.. I feel bad having to use formula but and long as she is fed

it will be better in about a week after you get your milk! try using heat or ice to sooth it whatever makes it feel better!
