what's a good way maintain healthy weight during pregnancy
Man don't worry about that. Every body is different. Just eat healthy if possible take a 30 or 45 minute walk every evening to get some exercise in and you will be fine.
@nikosmomma, the health education people made me feel big that why I ask
I lived off of veggie subs from publix and salt and vinegar chips. I only gained 20lbs lmao my doc was amazed because I lost all my pregnancy weigh plus some right after I had my son (he was 9.2 nearly half my pregnancy weight)
Just eat healthy. Don't eat for two. ☺️ good luck to you mama
Just exercise consistently and eat healthy. Drink tons of water too and keep up on vitamins.
