well they also say lay down for a bit and if u stand up and have a small gush do it 3 times and most likely it is ur water.

Okay thank you I just put a pad on I've been having low fluid levels and having to have it check but my underwear has been getting really really wet so im gonna see about the pad

I just asked the same thing.. Lol @mommabear3cubs I had a slow leak 9 years ago had no idea. wasn't enough at a time to soak a pad

put a pad on if it is soaked within an hr most likely ur water.
