I set the alarm and then wake up, pee and decide to go back to bed lol.

I know, I just hope I can get back on a sleep schedule this week so I don't miss again. Bc of my sleep disruption I've already missed a walk with my coworker, a class at the pregnancy center, a dietician appointment and church. I haven't missed any dr appointments though 😉
