Anyone taking fenugreek? How much are you taking? (Just curious 😉)

@mommagotbump16, depends on which ones you have. If you have the 580-610 mg pills, you have to take 6-12 pills per day. I take 12, either 4 times 3 pills, or vice versa. It helps me a lot

Yea that's what I went by. I get mine at Walmart too, can't beat 400 capsules for $4 lol @mommagotbump16
