It's horrible I know, my boyfriend was addicted to meth and had/has horrible teeth and he's a pretty tough guy but it brings him to tears so I can imagine it's quite bad! He actually just had a tooth pulled about 3 weeks ago!

I would get a second opinion! Dental care is important during pregnancy and usually it's more recommended during pregnancy than without pregnancy. I've had cavities filled and everything during my pregnancy. Especially something as simple as a tooth extraction (if necessary) laughing gas and novicane should be fine... You can use laughing gas during labor now. Lol. But seriously, get a second opinion because tooth infections can make you really sick /:

Don't take ibuprofen, it's a blood thinner and can harm the baby! If you don't have immediate access to a dentist, go to the doctor/hospital for pain assistance and antibiotics to help with the infection causing the pain and then get to a dentist asap because dental infections can actually get into your body and make you really sick /:

Don't take Motrin!! Call your OB if the pain is that bad

I took em and nothing happened to me my Dr never told me I couldn't take it and she knew my toothache use to be so bad my face us to swole

I did all that it still hurts like hell nothing ain't working I try nub it in all that @lovinggunnar

I don't think there is anything they can do, but try taking Tylenol and put a hot towel on your cheek.
