Is it ok to self express one side while baby feeds on the other? My baby only feeds one breast per feeding

What pacifier, binky, thati or whatever you want to call it is best for breast feeding babies? Or do they prefer you don't use one?

What do,you do?
When breastfeeding... Do you put baby on both boobs in one,feeding? Or,do,you use one boob for one feeding and another boob for,the next feeding? I,don't,remember.

my baby slept through the night twice already, I'm the one that wakes her to change her and feed her. It's way too soon 😱
