oh my God I don't know what's wrong with me I woke up at 3 a.m. having cramps that were like 10 minutes apart now everytime I go to the bathroom or anything like that Major cramps or if I'm sitting down it hurts so bad and I also started bleeding this morning so I have no idea

ok so i have the iud(mirena) i am constantly cramping and bleeding. like terrible cramps. i go like a day or two with no cramps or bleeding if that. moms who have had this iud...is this normal??? i know everyone's experience is different but from experience had this happened to any off you???😞😳😒😢
