Yoga ball, a lot of walking, and squats did it for me the day before labor I went on a 2 mile walk with my grandma lol then after I did 50 squats and that night I sat on my yoga ball and about 3 in the morning my contractions started and was in labor that next morning
Or hold onto the back of a chair or a counter and do some whenever you think of it.... Just be careful that way.. It will also help get your legs ready to push lol

Why Are Many Women Unaware of Their Own Anatomy?
the amount of women who are clueless about their own anatomy is so sad and shocking. a lot of the women are older than me and have more children then I do 😳
now I understand that everyone has their own opinion on the topic and grown adults can do whatever they want with their bodies but to deny facts and make up false statements about your own anatomy when it comes to your unborn child is just so disappointing.

Trigger. Lost baby
Went in for my 20 week check up and found out our son had passed away. Nothing was wrong, my pregnancy has been going great. I'm so numb right now. I'll he delivering him later this week.
