Try and pump every hour for 20minutes on each side. Also, try and slam down as much water as you can! I promise you will see a gradual increase!

Just keep putting him on the breast as much as possible, baby sucking is way more effective than the pump

@cubanese, my baby even stops latching and shakes his head around then latches back, sucks for a second and repeats this process

Also, if he's having a hard time latching, try nipple shields!
