Women are telling me I'm going to kill my supply by not breastfeeding. But my baby has a high pallet and doesn't like to latch. I'm seeing another consultant next week, but I'm pumping everytime I feed and still feeding him my milk. Will I really kill my supply by strictly pumping? 😢

you have to be on top of your pump. i mean always check the parts make sure they are always clean & in good condition. switch out parts when you are suppose to. trust me having parts that don't work or fit right or are supposed to be switched out every month or so affects how much you can pump.

there are definitely foods that boost supply, I found many lists on pinterest for that as well

@mami2d, Looks like I'm having oatmeal for a late breakfast today. Thank you! :)

When you pump think of your baby, eat cooked oatmeal (not interested) twice or three times a week! You should be fine!

@sarahdrew, Ah ok I definitely don't want to lose my supply. Thanks so much! I'll be checking that out and working to try and pump more.

you can exclusively pump, you may not get as much as a mom who has been nursing but you will still supply enough mama... I would look up extreme pumping or pumping guidelines on pinterest, I've seen stuff that will help you supply more (a pump doesn't empty you as much as actually nursing.... but it can be done mama don't worry
