Can I eat before my glucose test??

I was able to eat before mine, but every place is different. Call your doctor and double check so you don't have to repeat it

I had to be fasted for at least 8 hours before, I did 12 bc I failed my first one.

Call your office .. Dr's choose to do different things .. Usually with the one hour you get to eat but three hour is usually fasted .. Some ladies have said their Dr's said no food and mine said a high protein breakfast is a go

Oh ok yeah I was instructed for both not to eat but the 1 hour I ate at midnight took test at 8 and failed but maybe bc it had carbs.

They told me I could eat before but then I failed by one point. The second test I passed and I fasted.
