moms!!!! today my baby was crying crying crying really really hard & i put her down on her back to her a bottle i was shaking it getting it ready when all of a sudden she throws up ! she threw up but since she was crying so hard she started to choke automatically 😢 i freakout out & picked her up asap but she keot choking & couldnt cry anymore then it went away what do i do if she chokes like this again?!

I go through this at least once a week and every time I panic and freak out and cry lol. I now keep the bulb sucker thing next to me at all times and immediately suction and then pat her back! @heeykayly
Turn her belly down and pat her back, usually if it's just a throw up and cry kinda choke that is enough to help them cough it up and stop choking. You can also use a bulb to suction it out if you know how to use it properly. I would suggest taking a basic COR class as well just in case! My hubby took one but I never did and it scares me, I've been trying to find the time to go do it!!! Be smarter than me, go get it done sooner! lol

So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
