Anyone else see a baby that is ur baby's age and they look/seem more advanced than yours and you feel like you are doing…

It upsets me sometimes when I see babies who are Richi's age who are SO much more advanced than him...but I KNOW its not his fault because he was born nearly 2 months preemie. And for a corrected age of 2 months old, he is doing fantastic! So even though there's an actual reason he isn't as advanced as he could/would be, it's still sad to me sometimes.

This is my problem, people tell me I'm overreacting but I think it's all moms. It's a horrible feeling 😓

I believe all moms do this. My daughter & her cousin are only like 3 days apart and he is almost walking like if you hold his hands he will walk with you. My daughter just started crawling last month & wont even try to walk lol. But yes every baby is different.

Rocky was born five weeks early and he's going to be two months old Friday and isn't exactly doing what two month olds do so it does make me slightly sad but I know he'll catch up eventually :)

@kysonsmama, Yeah but just because that may happen to me or anyone else does not mean their baby is better than yours every baby is DIFFERENT which some pple don't understand but what I always say "When the time come" meaning when it's their time when they feel comfortable (babies) they will do it on his/hers own....My son is 1 an still doesn't walk or talk alot but he crawls every where he just started climbing the steps in my house an he talks what he wanna talks ...but yeah some babies are more advanced than others but are those babies advanced the way your son is? They may not do some things your own baby can do so it's not that your a bad mom or anything it's just that we have late bloomers :) lol all babies are a blessing an they all are different which makes them so special you know @kysonsmama
