Soooo my little one still is a little jaundice... Everything I read says it should be cleared up by 2 weeks... Well it's 2.5 and she's still yellow in the eyes :( her skin color is much better, however. I am a breastfeeding momma so maybe that's why ? Any advice? Please help ☹️

@beelynn, when taking her outside you dont have to be in direct sunlight.

My daughter was prescribed vitamin d when she was born because I was breast feeding. It helps keep them from becoming jaundice and will help reverse it as well. Ask your doctor if that's something she'll suggest :)

My son's levels were 11 after I was home a few days with him. He had yellow in his eyes as well when I brought him in. Taking him outside and him pooping basically cleared it up. I wouldn't worry.

I was told that if the eyes start to yellow that they need to be taken in. I don't know if that was specific to my situation. Going outside even just 15 minutes will help. Has she been having regular bowel movements still? If so, I wouldn't worry too much.

I gave my son the vitamin d supplements and breastfed it made it go away faster. But it still look some time. I would sit with him near a window with some sunlight that can help too
