Somewhere in the late 20 weeks. With my first I was probably 30 weeks, with my second it was starting to pop out by 28 weeks but I delivered at 29 weeks so it didn't get to full on pop out.

I'm 28 weeks 2 days and no outtie yet.. so it might not even poke out at all

Mine still hasn't. I've always had an innie and outtie so the innie has come out a little bit but nothing has poked out lol
