It happens. Both my kids have fallen out of their stroller (Same stroller) my son was a master at falling off the bed and couch all the time. First time he did I cried harder than he did! It's sad but it happens. Kids fall all the time, it's only the beginning. You just have to learn what to look for to make sure they are okay.
