Omg I hardly drank much while BF but for some reason I never really got headaches while nursing my kids which is crazy because I'm a migraine suffer. But just try and drink more then what you are already drinking. I don't remember but you might be able to take excedrine migraine check with a DR some things you can now take that you weren't able to while being Prego I'm pretty sure they said it was fine because hardly if none gets into the milk. But check anyways. That always helped. Also you're nursing in one of the hottest times that will also do that to you :/

Low blood sugar or dehydration or both may cause it. Always good to ask dr .. Lol @adrien5.29
