Can anyone offer advice on engorgement and sore nipples? Like what helps, what you did etc? I don't see the lactation consultant until Thursday

Take a hot shower, get on all 4s like a cow and let the water hit your shoulders. I know it sounds weird but it does give some relief. As for sore nipples, rub some breast milk on them. It can help.
