I have a cousin who's gf might be in labor right now and it reminds me of my two times giving birth. I was thinking about when I was checked in and the whole process after that and I haven't a clue what the timeline was like for both births. I'm always impressed when women can tell you a breakdown of the time and how long they spend in active labor, pushing, and etc... Shoot I remember the time it was when I was checked in and when I had the baby lol. I guess I can blame my family who was there because they should have kept track for me.

Haha I remember what time it was when my water broke at home, what time it was when we check in (was 4cm dilated) and I remember when the urge to push set in, and when the nurse finally checked me (she didn't believe me for a while because she hadn't finished checking me in) she said it had been about an hour and I was already fully dilated. She was born at 4:32am, so by all that I can guess it was about 2 hours or so of active labor (from the time my water broke at 2am), and about a half hour of pushing lol but I wish I knew exactly all the details! I was too focused on my natural birth and breathing through the pain lol

Birth Plan Rant I used to be all about getting an epidural, but after research and thinking about it more I want to have an unmedicated birth (this is my first baby). What annoys me is when I say that I'm going to TRY my hardest to have a natural and unmedicated birth people always feel the need to say that I'm crazy or that I'm going to change my mind when I get in that position. Or that epidurals are the best. I do realize that plans change, but why can't people be supportive and encouraging?

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?

I was given an epidural, my blood pressure went down to 80 and they had to give three epidural shots to get me stable again and they had to stop it for 20 minutes because the doctor was out at lunch. 🙄 so by the time I gave birth I felt everything
