@missliss, it wasn't painful for me at all, I almost thought the doctor didn't do it right cause it didn't hurt then I saw blood and then my mind changed .. I've been crampy and really tired ever since but no major contractions at all 😩 .. My midwife doesn't come back from vacation till Tuesday hopefully something will happen when she gets back
I had mine done last wk at 39 wks. I was 4cm and still nothing! It is uncomfortable but my doctor is really good and it didn't hurt as much as I thought/heard it would.
Was it painful? My OB may sweep mine at next appointment and I'm nervous
I got it done and had sex that same day. 4am the next morning my water broke!
It varies. I had mine done twice as doctor recommended and still made it to 40 weeks. My sister had hers done and literally as we were 5 minutes down the road her water started leaking. But good luck!

I think I was right where you are. maybe 2 to 3 hrs later I started progressing enough to where they considered me in labor, up untill that point I walked my ass off.
that didn't work for me. they swept my membranes at 38 weeks and baby waited until I was 42 weeks when I was induced. hope you have better luck

I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.

So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.
Trigger. Lost baby
Went in for my 20 week check up and found out our son had passed away. Nothing was wrong, my pregnancy has been going great. I'm so numb right now. I'll he delivering him later this week.
