That's why you have to be careful who you have a child with. Because you carry doesn't make the child just yours even if not LEGALLY. If y'all went into this together then it's her baby to. If it doesn't say she's the birth mother , she can't just up & take the baby regardless of the last name . she's not biologically related to her either so the most she can do is take you to court I guess .

I don't think she can even sign the birth certificate. She has to be the biological father to do. She would have to adopt, your daughter for her to have any rights to her

@zyandi, @lexdotjayy we did an artificial insemination together so either way she has rights & the baby's consider hers as well but that doesn't stand in certain areas unless she signs the certificate. I love my fiance to death & idk if it's just my hormones & me being nervous but idk... she didn't do anything to make me feel this way it's just something I think about, especially seeing others go through the situation.
