Milk is actually one of the worst things you can do for heartburn. Tums are safe. Also a tbsp of baking soda in a bottle of warm water is like instant relief. It tastes gross but works

omeprazole works for me

And that's safe to take ? Maybe I'll try Pepcid next because I think I'm not immune to tums
