take as many of the ones the hospital gives you. those were easy to put on, big enough for those big pads, breathable very comfortable to me, and you wouldn't care if you got blood on them

Honestly I used adult diapers just cause I was too scared of getting stained. They helped once I stopped bleeding I just used my period underwear 😅

Yup, the hospital ones are amazing despite being hideous. I bought boyshorts as well though and they work well too.

I bought cheap undersear that I threw away if they got stained. The hospital underwear are the best, super ugly but so comfy.
