so i took out a bag of breastmilk from the freezer last night around 10 so its thawed now, if i take ut out of the fridge to get to room temp to feed it to my baby how long is it good?

^^ Thawed breast milk will keep in the refrigerator for 24 hours, but once it's back to room temp it's only good 6 hours max, not 24.

if you had it frozen & defrosted it it now lasts 24 hr in room temperature.

ok cool i know freshly pumped is 4-6 but wasnt sure about if i took it out of the fridge
