I usually just drink 1-2 a day. I take fenugreek supplements as well (the combo really helps me to produce). Production is more supply and demand though, so I pump 2-3x a day on top of exclusively nursing my one month old. That being said I am able to produce enough to give my 2 year old 2 8oz bottles a day, and donate around 40oz (seven 6 or so oz bags)of breast milk to the milk bank as well. Hope this helps!
I just started a combined fenugreek and milk thistle supplement i found on amazon..seems to be helping i pumped 4 1/2 oz in two ten min sessions yesterday on top of nursing
Hmm it's been a while I'm pretty sure I drank just one at night time lol but that's just cause my milk wasn't low or anything I just wanted to help it!

I drank some along with eating oatmeal. Worked for me!

It works as a support aid. It definitely helps promote healthy lactation if you drink it regularly.

yes- i couldnt produce much as nd straight feenegreek made my baby soooo constipated... i had to drink that- lots of water- eat cookies-everyrhing
