my husband is about to fry mullet and we've already got some on the smoker for smoked mullet dip.. I've never had that before but I can imagine it's gonna be delightful. and of course my mullet filets and macaroni and cheese is gonna be off the chain... and to top it all off he is off work tomorrow also so we get to spend an extra day together just doing stuff around the house. spending the rest of this week getting ready for greyson... he'll be here before we know it. I'm excited.

@samgagne, yeah, I lived in southbend Indiana for a few months and traveled and seen a little bit of Michigan, but I mainly went out west and traveled. once the kids get a little older I want to take them to see snow, and I've always wanted to go to Maine and visit.. I've never been there.. or Washington state. those are two of my travel goals! I just have to convince my husband.. he hasn't been further than Tennessee lol.
Oh that's awesome Iv been to Pennsylvania a few times when my boyfriend wired down there on the pipe lines. And Florida a few times but that's about it. I would love to travel around that would awesome. Your very lucky to be able to do that. Your kids would love it too
@samgagne, I was born in Erie, Pennsylvania but I was raised in the panhandle of florida. I've lived all over the country though! I traveled starting at 17 and have done a round trip around the country and seen a lot. I hope to take my children around the country one day also!
it is a fish they catch In the bay. most people up north do not eat it because they calm them "bottom feeders" but it is the best fish in the world. it's my favorite. it has such great flavor...
Don't mind me. But what is mullet? Iv never heard of it before. But I do live in the middle of no where, the upper Michigan
