I have a question for you ladies. For those who've given birth, I read that your hormones can fluctuate, what kind of food do you eat? or any supplements to help regulate the hormones? During this grieving process, I found myself eating even less than ever, and it's not going to help my hormones to get back on track... xx
I lost my appetite during pregnancy. When I gave birth it took a few months to get some of my appetite back :) Just eating a healthy and well balanced diet will be good hun :) xx
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
TWW!!

Ah. . Thank you. it's just that I read fat white food isn't recommended after giving birth, like pasta, white bread etc. But I've been eating pretty much bread since I still have no appetite. trying to find that passion and energy to cook is too hard because that's one of the things I enjoyed doing whilst pregnant with Melody. So now having to pick up a knife and cook without her makes me really sad. xx @winterbaby95
