Seriously steaming hot towels on my breast while pumping is the best thing ever!!!!

what does that do?

My lactation consultant told me they a hot towel or taking a shower before pumping can help release the milk ducts. My breasts get really engorged to the point where you can feel knots on my breasts the hot towel has helped those knots release for me @mrspavlides
