Witch hazel pads and cortisone 10 cream. And the numbing spray they give you, I can't remember what it's called, but it was the only thing that let me pee without major pain cause I had stitches. And extra baby wipes to wipe yourself, cause toilet paper will hurt you for a while. don't flush the wipes tho! lol

granny panties and heating pad for the cramping and back pain if you get a epidural...(u may not get back pain but I did and it sucked)
