Yes! I've been since I lost mine at the beginning of the week, just don't do any of that if your water breaks!
You can! I personally wouldn't risk the pool but it's safe until your water breaks. The only reason I wouldn't is if your water breaks while you're in the pool you won't know 😁

I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
