When did you start your baby on rice cereal if you did? I'm trying to decide whether or not I'm going to do rice cereal since it doesn't have any nutrients. It's just a filler.

I tried at 3 months. It made my baby girl so constipated that she cried for 3 hours strait. I called my dr and ahe said to try  stage 1 foods only have a container at a time. to this day she still cant eat cereal

I started at 3 months & I'd mix some baby food in it that's the only way my daughter would eat it.
