Yeaaa it's hard I love to eat, I hate starting my day of with checking my suga and after every meal. Sometimes I forget 😩😒 but I've been just trying to eat better more protein less carbs more veggies less to no process food. Good luck momma
I do, it's tough sometimes but it's all about really paying attention to the labels and eating a lot of veggies. Also finding what carbs you can eat really helps. I can eat rice based stuff like noodles and such but bread will always give me high numbers.
