Omg! I was eating a airhead and I broke a tooth.. Its not completely off but it's broken some pieces are in the airhead…

Yeah I waited to be in my 2nd trimester to have it pulled. My OB gave it the OK and they said it was better to get it pulled then instead of risking the chances of getting an infection. Plus pregnancy takes a huge toll on your teeth and gums in general. My grandma lost all her teeth with my mom and uncle (twins)😳 so I was like yeah pull it!

omg.. that reminds me of what happened to me over a year ago.. i was eating pandas.. amd was chewin on some orange chicken n my whole tooth came out n i swallowed it and didnt even know till i went to take a drink of my soda n my mouf felt weird!! lmao... ugh that really sucked

I'm sure they can :) They have so many things they can do now like veneers, etc. I wouldn't worry too much. I'm waiting to do dental work too, I don't wanna take any pain meds when I'm pregnant even though my ob said it would be ok.

Candy is the devil. A hard butter scotch candy first broke that tooth and it was more like a chip off the side so my dentist filled but recommended a crown but my insurance didn't cover it and it was to expensive. Then almost a year later the mento just broke it in half so they pulled the half that was still in there.

I had a back tooth break eating s mento. Like half the tooth broke and the other part stayed. They ended up pulling it because their was no saving it because it was so broken. If it's not to bad you may be able to get a crown on it.

@angelao777, I hope they can fix it I already have one root canal that I need done I just haven't because im waiting till after I have my daughter uhh

I did that with a milk dud when I was pregnant with my oldest, luckily it was in the back because I had to have it pulled ☹️ I hope the dentist can fix it for you, I don't recommend a root canal though, it's just an expensive band aid for your tooth ( what a oral surgeon once told me because the root canal I got was infected), apparently it's a temporary fix.

@hugoandrosiesmama, I hope so because the tooth is towards the front of my mouth not the back so it would be noticeable and ugly! It didn't chip on the outside its just the backside of it is off😩 like ughhhhhh

They may fill it. Depending on how damaged it is, they may root canal it and then put on a crown. If its split down the sides, it may have to go but they could out in a bridge.
